Description
It is a direct result of a project sponsored by Ethical Addictions in the Jacutinga community to fund raised beds whereby their exceptional coffee can potentially get even better – and it did! Cupping in the mid-high 80s this beautiful coffee has been dried in the cherry on the new raised beds by Elton and his family.
EA are continuing to work with the rural community of Jacutinga, Poco Fundo, Brazil. Osmar and his family grow exceptional coffee at around 1200m and it is pure joy in a cup so we are roasting it a little lighter and selling it as a special individual origin.
Some of the younger members of the community, like Elton, are excited to work with us on new projects to even further improve coffee quality. We love working with this community of people.
