This is a relatively new varietal, Arara – distinguished by it’s bright yellow cherry that stands out in the field.  The cherry itself is really sweet (first-hand knowledge from Ian & Jack after their visit), and that carries through into the cup with sweet syrup notes, and a slight peanut
