Description
This beautiful family farm climbs from 1200masl up to 1360masl, and run by Helinho and Lucas, A father and son team in Brazil, with Lucas now being the 5th generation of farmers on this land. Named the ‘Spring Mountain’ because of the 12 or more natural springs that start there and flow all the way down to Argentina! In recent years Helinho has won best coffee in the region and crowned ‘Top of the Mountain’ for his coffee – no wonder we love it!
Helinho says: “In our fields, we cultivate a palette of exceptional coffee varieties: the exotic Arara, the balanced Catuai, and the classic Mundo Novo. But what really sets us apart is our production process – coffee is treated with respect and care from harvest to shipment. The natural processing method, enhances the sweetness and complexity of the grains. Each coffee is harvested by hand, selected with dedication and dried in the sun with great care. Every cup of our coffee is the result of years of experience, knowledge and passion that are passed down from generation to generation.”
